We Build EBCP, Not ERP
ERP: Manages Resources & Ledgers
Solves internal inventory, production and finance — keeping the books and the goods straight. Customers, collaboration, trade documentation and manufacturing execution usually require buying CRM, OA and MES separately.
EBCP: Manages End-to-End Business Capability
From lead generation, inquiries, quotations and contracts to procurement, manufacturing, delivery, payment, documentation and after-sales, plus business analytics and AI-assisted decisions — one platform, one dataset, one order number through it all.
In short: ERP manages "resources"; EBCP manages "business capability".
Three Design Principles for Real Manufacturing & Trading Challenges
Orders come in, but procurement, production, shipping and finance each speak their own language; documents flow through Excel and chat groups; batches can't be traced; and AI raises data-leak worries. CCT EBCP answers with three principles:
① One Order, One Code
A single order number runs from quotation to payment; progress is visible on one screen, and every node links to its source document.
② Configuration First
Coding rules, print templates, menu layouts and field-level permissions are all customer-configurable — no vendor code changes required.
③ Data Sovereignty
Deployed on your own servers; AI is optional and can be fully disabled. Your data never leaves the building.

Six Core Capabilities That Hit the Pain Points
One Order, One Code — Full-Chain Loop
After the contract is signed, did procurement order? Where is production? Has the goods shipped? Is the payment in? You can only ask around; documents live in separate spreadsheets that never reconcile.
Quotation → Contract → Purchase → Production → Inbound → Outbound → Shipment → Documentation → Receivables → After-sales all share one order number. The contract progress sheet shows every node on one line, each clickable through to the source. Quotations include profit calculation so losing bids surface early; document pushes are idempotent and every step is reversible.
- Progress sheet penetrates every node on one screen
- Profit calculated at quotation stage
- Idempotent document push; easy corrections
Quality & Traceability
No ledger for whether incoming goods were inspected, who judged, and what the verdict was; defective goods share racks with good ones; reworked parts lose their batch; warranty claims require digging through shipping ledgers.
Choose "needs inspection" at PO time; receiving counts first (counting transfers responsibility) then inspects quality; failures convert in one click to rework/return/scrap/concession; defects auto-move to the defect warehouse. Five traceability entries drill to the root; the nameplate ledger gives every unit a unique code so after-sales instantly knows in/out of warranty.
- Five traceability entries, down to the supplier
- One code per unit on nameplates; warranty auto-judged
- Low supplier scores auto-trigger corrective action
8D Complaint Loop
Complaints live in chats and calls; who handles them, what stage they're at, and whether root-cause analysis closed — nobody can reconstruct it later. 8D reports bounce through email/Word with inconsistent formats.
One click converts a complaint into an 8D project: the system generates nine structured tasks (D0–D8), each with an owner, body and attachments, progress visible on one screen. When done, generate and print the standard 8D report on company letterhead as PDF. AI drafts the summary; humans confirm before write-back.
- D0–D8 tasks auto-generated, ownership assigned
- Full audit trail; AI drafts, humans confirm
- 8D report auto-filled and printable in one click
Manufacturing Execution (MES)
Material picks run on paper with delayed inventory deduction; no entry for partial finished-goods receipts; work orders that picked 100 but received 99 get stuck; when material is short, nobody knows how many units can still run.
Routing → process sheet → production order → material kitting → APS scheduling → work order → operation reporting → completion, all connected. Material kitting merges analysis across orders (shared materials counted once), outputs shortage lists and max buildable sets, supports partial start. Batch-bound picking traces back to suppliers; quantity-conservation checks reconcile receipts. Advanced: OEE, crew efficiency, Andon boards, PLC data.
- Kitting analysis makes shortages obvious
- Batch-bound picking traces to suppliers
- Conservation check: received + scrapped = picked
Finance-Operations Integration
Commissions are calculated in hand-made spreadsheets; per-contract P&L can't be computed; AR/AP don't reconcile; invoices and receipts drift apart.
Business documents auto-generate AR/AP and vouchers — finance only reviews and posts. The sales settlement sheet computes each contract's gross margin and costs (materials/processing/labor/capital) plus tax rebates; commissions generate from settlements into payroll idempotently; AR/AP aggregate dynamically per contract with overdue items flowing into business alerts. General ledger + three statements + depreciation + FX filing.
- Per-contract P&L computed automatically
- Settlement-to-commission, no duplicates
- Kingdee-grade: vouchers + three statements
Permissions & Data Security
Permissions stop at roles, never reaching individuals; cost prices and R&D BOMs risk exposure; multi-brand/multi-entity data must be isolated; sensitive data fears leaking.
Three-level permissions: menus/buttons, data (all/department/personal, per-warehouse grants), and fields (read-write/read-only/hidden — hidden fields are masked server-side and never sent to the frontend). Multi-company isolation in one system; customers drag-and-drop their own menus; visible sessions, forced logout, IP-range locks. Data lives on your servers; the cloud only relays handshakes and stores nothing.
- Permissions to person, field, warehouse, company
- Hidden fields masked server-side, never delivered
- On-premise deploy; cloud stores no business data
An Assistant Grown into the Business, Not Bolted On
"Bright the calf" lives in the bottom-right corner site-wide, carrying the context of the current page/customer/email — answering questions, writing emails, querying data within permissions. The AI dashboard parses business cards and emails in one click and batch-advances approvals. Fed knowledge is reviewed before entering the index. AI permissions follow the user — overreach is denied by default. Real-time sensing listens per table + field + event. Multi-model routing degrades gracefully on failure.
Not a Pitch Deck — Deliverable You Can Verify Item by Item
For an industrial automation equipment manufacturer, a Gap Analysis Report itemized 138 requirements — 100% closed: functional requirements implemented one by one with "menu path → steps → pass criteria", verifiable by both parties clicking through together at acceptance.
Our commitment: before signing, we produce a "Pain Point × System Capability × Status" cross-check — for anything we can do, exactly how and by when; for anything we can't (external API integration, custom work), we say so upfront and quote separately. No "sign first, discuss requirements later."
How We Differ from the Traditional Route
| Traditional ERP / Stitched Systems | CCT EBCP | |
|---|---|---|
| Positioning | ERP manages resources and ledgers; CRM/OA/MES bought separately | EBCP manages end-to-end capability: CRM, ERP, WMS, MES, QMS, finance, R&D, trade docs, office, AI-native — one platform |
| Order Traceability | Each module keeps its own numbers; cross-module reconciliation fails | One order code through the whole chain; progress sheet penetrates every node |
| Configuration | Coding rules, print templates and fields hard-coded; every change costs a quote | Coding/print/menus/permissions/fields all configurable by the customer |
| Permission Granularity | Usually menu or button level | To person, field (read-write/read-only/hidden with server-side masking), warehouse, and company |
| Quality Traceability | Paper records and human memory | Batch + nameplate one-code-per-unit, five traceability entries down to the supplier |
| AI Capability | Bolted-on chat window that can't see business data | AI-native: reads and writes business data within permissions; data never leaves your servers |
| Data Ownership | Some SaaS vendors keep your data in their cloud | Deployed on your servers; AI optional and fully disableable |
| Delivery | Black-box delivery with vague acceptance | Item-by-item acceptance against the agreed gap analysis, verified live by both parties |
