The cloud only stores account information and subscription status for authentication and authorization management. Data synchronization uses P2P point-to-point technology, prioritizing direct transmission between your devices. The cloud only serves as a backup forwarding when the network is unavailable, and does not store any business data.
After registration, you get a 7-day full-feature free trial, no payment method required. After the trial ends, you can choose to subscribe to Basic Plan (¥99/month), Professional Plan (¥299/month), or Enterprise Plan (¥999/month). We support WeChat and Alipay monthly subscriptions, which can be upgraded, downgraded or cancelled at any time.
Yes! Since data is stored locally, you can use most features normally without network. Network connection is only used for account verification (once every 24 hours) and data synchronization. Data during offline periods will be automatically synced to other devices when network is restored.

Administrators can disable resigned employee accounts at any time in the backend, and the employee will no longer be able to log in to the system. Data entered by employees during their employment has been synced to administrator devices via P2P and will not be lost due to employee resignation. You can also choose to export and back up the resigned employee's data.
